America now has a high obesity rate, which is partially due to healthier foods being more expensive than non-healthy foods. A way to counter act this is try and at least eat one or two vegetables a day and be consistent when staying fit. Many people are into sports and are already in shape. But to those who aren't, and would like to experience an healthier version of themselves: You can stay in shape without being in sports. Going to the gym is an option, but many people feel intimidated, when in reality everyone is worried about themselves.

There are many areas in gyms for different activities, of course - and choosing a place comfortable for yourself is key. Johnson gym is a prime example of different activities and rooms for different body parts and types of exercises.

If the gym isn't really for you, go to a track or nature trail and walk or run. The morning or evening is ideal because it's not too hot. If you don't want to leave your house simply doing light exercises at home helps as well.

Becoming a better version of yourself may take hard work and dedication, but the results will definitely be worth it. Stay active and stay fit!
