It's about that time again

Summer break is sadly coming to an end and school is about to begin. Starting to prepare ahead of time is important. Many of us like to stay up late during the summer, so getting your sleep schedule back on track is important before starting school again.  You do not want to be drained during the first couple of weeks of the new school year.

Another way to prepare, is to ask your parents to stock up on breakfast foods beforehand, so you go to school with a full stomach. This also gives energy and motivation.

Preparation is an important skill to have and developing this skill in a way that suits you, is a good way to instill proper habits when becoming an adult. Get with your parents and find out some ways you can help them prepare you for back to school.
