America now has a high obesity rate, which is partially due to healthier foods being more expensive than non-healthy foods. A way to counter act this is try and at least eat one or two vegetables a day and be consistent when staying fit. Many people are into sports and are already in shape. But to those who aren't, and would like to experience an healthier version of themselves: You can stay in shape without being in sports. Going to the gym is an option, but many people feel intimidated, when in reality everyone is worried about themselves.
