Stewart holds safety, security town hall

Voter Assistance Available

The U.S. Army designated June 27 to July 5 as Armed Forces Voters Week. During this week, commanders are encouraged to intensify efforts to contact all assigned personnel, ensure they are of aware of voting requirements and are provided the necessary information regarding voting resource. This effort will ensure all personnel are postured to vote in the upcoming 2018 midterm elections.

Hunter holds Vacation Bible School

Army JROTC Cadets challenged at Hunter

At the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge, there's no such thing as sleeping in. You are awakened at 4:35 a.m. each of the four days of the summer camp by a retired Soldier quietly saying "Time to get up," and everyone pops out of their bunks immediately and begins their morning routine of getting dressed, making their bunks and cleaning the barracks.

Specialist Jamie Martinez Feliciano, the Third Infantry Division Soldier of the Year, stands with Lt. Gen. Laura Richardson, Deputy Commanding General, Forces Command; and Rusty Ross, Savannah Chamber Chairman; after receiving a plaque. Martinez serves as a forward observer in Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 57th Armor Regiment. A member of each branch of the Armed Forces also received plaques.
