The U.S. Army designated June 27 to July 5 as Armed Forces Voters Week.  During this week, commanders are encouraged to intensify efforts to contact all assigned personnel, ensure they are of aware of voting requirements and are provided the necessary information regarding voting resource.  This effort will ensure all personnel are postured to vote in the upcoming 2018 midterm elections.

Armed Forces Voters Week provides the ideal opportunity for voter's to receive key materials such as the federal post card application, absentee ballot, or submit a change of address to your local election officials.

You can go online to www.fvap.gov and use the FPCA Wizard. The FPCA allows eligible U.S. citizens to apply to register to vote, request an absentee ballot and/or update their mailing addresses after moves, deployments and reintegration.

Your unit voting assistance office can help you fill in and mail off your voting materials if you need the assistance.   Contact Lundy at 767-7081, alvin.l.lundy.civ@mail.mil or the 3rd Infantry Division voting assistance officer, Capt.
